Refund policy
At Tru Street Solutions, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as custom products, and tunes and tuning devices provided.

Request a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@trustreetsolutions.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
