Tru Street Solutions assumes no liability for any violations of emissions or safety regulations arising from customer modifications or the use of Tru Street Solutions products. Determining whether a modified vehicle complies with all applicable laws is the sole responsibility of the customer.
This limited warranty is the sole express warranty applicable to Tru Street Solutions products. Additional rights may vary from state to state within the United States. Tru Street Solutions is not responsible for any loss of vehicle use, inconvenience, loss of transportation, or any other incidental or consequential damages
