Shipping and processing times may vary depending on inventory quantities as well as manufacturing delays
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A subsequent email will be sent when your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing times.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States with the exception of California. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
- Tru Street Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
